Newton's Pavement Parkers

NEWTON AREAS PAVEMENT PARKERS:
("The Avenue" - Newton Abbot - near Balls Corner.)
Are they bovvered? Clearly not - but these pavement parkers are a real nuisance,
as well as being selfish and inconsiderate these people are endangering the lives of others -
in particular cyclists who may be using the cycleway or the road alongside.
INCIDENTALLY THESE PHOTOS ARE NOT PART OF A STAKE OUT, MERELY ODD SHOTS TAKEN WHILE PASSING THE AREA -OFTEN ON A SUNDAY LUNCHTIME.
IT'S EITHER A COINCIDENCE THAT THERE ALWAYS SEEMS TO BE VEHICLE THERE OR EVIDENCE OF A MUCH MORE GENERAL PROBLEM.

Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother's eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye? How can you say to your brother,
`Let me take the speck out of your eye,' when all the time there is a plank in your own eye?
You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother's eye
